Purhaps what's needed here is a better term than archive based install. Also I 
failed to copy the definitions used for this from the proposal which also have 
been helpful so I'll add that back in.

In the case of the archive (or cpio) install this would be a failure case for 
for both cases 4 and 5. This is because the archive (or cpio) based installs 
are 
based on a cpio of the currently booted bits such what is done for the live CD 
currently. Since these should always match this is a failure.

I will add the definitions from the proposal to this section to help clarify 
what is meant.
