A number of users have expressed a desire to be able to provision 
non-global zones using the same automation mechanisms used for the 
global zone, as they feel it promotes consistency and reduces complexity 
in their administration procedures.  Work with the zones team to support 
this would obviously be required, but I would like to leave the 
possibility open.
