When I ask the question, I was just trying to get what the user experience will be. I don't think people would expect the target disk to be in any sane state. I think it will be useful to document what will the user experience be if they want to quit after an installation is started, and they don't want the install to finish. Will there be a "quit" option for them to choose? (sounds like not based on Sue's answer.) So, they will have hit the power button if they want to quit before the install finish? --Karen
