Would it be possible for you to boot with kmdb enabled and report back with stack back trace you see? To enable kmdb while booting, hit 'e' on the grub menu entry while booting. Select the kernel line and hit 'e' to edit it; add a -k to the end of the line and hit enter. The machine should now boot with the kmdb enabled. Alok
