We now have an iso. It's in 
/net/line3-480.sfbay/rpool/dc/Dec3-08am/media/ai-dec3-8am.iso

Appears to be 450M.

Built with the following mkisofs command:


/usr/bin/mkisofs -o /rpool/dc/Dec3-8am/media/ai-dec3-8am.iso -N -l -R -D 
-V ai-dec3-8am /rpool/dc/Dec3-8am/build_data/pkg_image
