Can I ask if there is a list of known bugs that relate to features of jumpstart that will not be provided in the upcoming release of opensolaris? For example being able to do multiple installs of opensolaris on the same host (whether it is on one disk or multiple disks) would be a prime example of this.
With the switch away from providing SVR4 packages as the WOS and soon no BFU archives, this project is forcing people to use it and I'm concerned that this project is not ready to do that - expect for rather basic use. What I'd like to do is assess the situation with caiman/AI's known jumpstart issues and work out how long my productivity and work environment will need to change in order to accomodate what this project is delivering. At least I'd rather try assess the situation than march in and bang my head on a host of known bugs/feature deficits when compared with jumpstart. Darren
