Nam and Alan:

I was able to confirm what Nam sees and I filed bugid 6533 to track the
issue.

If your pkg authority is not point to http://ipkg.sfbay/dev, you will
get the outdated SUNWinstalladm-tools. For some reason, I cannot set
the pkg authothrity to http://opensolaris.org/dev and it fails.
