Sean, I am the administrator of aus-caiman. What you are seeing is my 
b133.xml(/export/ai/osol-dev-133_criteria_manifest) has the following...

<range>
0.0.0.0
255.255.255.255
</range>

This has been taken out starting at b134.

I've found that specifying the MAC address will override the above range.

<ai_criteria name="MAC">
<value>00:14:4f:7f:fe:20</value>
</ai_criteria>
