A software workaround is to use distro constructor to build a different
AI boot image that specifies a higher nbpi for the boot archive.

Not intentional, the default value that DC calculates tries to limit the
size of the ramdisk, lowering overall memory requirements. Clearly it
needs to go a bit higher. Adding the above to the bug would be helpful.
