This bug has been causing occasional build failures.
Verification done:
As this is an intermittent issue, it's hard to be 100% certain that this
change will fix the problem. However, I've built slim_source 25+ times
on indiana-build (which had experienced the issue at a reasonably high
rate) and I've seen no failures.
