If you don't use Distribution Constructor for building
images, you can delete this message.
As part of the integration of the fix for -
15907 Need to change DC xml to accomdate nwam fix for 6944167
the DC manifests were changed in build 140.
While building AI/LiveCD/Text Installer images for
build 140 and beyond, please use the DC manifests
from build 140 to ensure you don't run into CR 6944167.
