[Re-sending as a Flag Day, since that's what this really is] If you don't compile the slim_source gate you can delete this message now. With the fix for the following bug: changeset: 825:c02a5e7c26c6 tag: tip user: Glenn Lagasse <[email protected]> date: Fri May 14 13:30:56 2010 -0700 description: 15866 be_create to an alternate pool is broken in build 140 the slim_source gate requires the updated zfs header files (specifically libzfs.h) that are available in build 140 in order to compile beadm correctly. The changes to zfs_send were integrated as part of 6946512. Until build 140 is available, you'll need to pull the zfs header files from the ON tree and install them on your build machine. For Oracle internal folks, indiana-build.central and indiana-build-sp.central have the updated headers in place so that building on those machines will 'just work'. This also means, that any image builds you do that include beadm will need to be built against the build 140 packages otherwise beadm won't be functional. At least insofar as creating boot environments on alternate pools. -- Glenn _______________________________________________ caiman-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/caiman-discuss
