That side of the breakage was already addressed by 16104 as you noted. I
was under the wrong impression that liblogsvc.so.1 was delivered from
the old install gate and assumed it was part of sysidtool. David Miner
told me that Caiman delivers liblogsvc.so.1 and I filled 16104.
