When using the latest packages to build the LiveCD, we found that the
installer now gives a choice at the beginning to perform a full or
upgrade install. A quick look at the mailing list archives didn't turn
up anything. Did I miss the notice? Was this feature supposed to be
available at this point? Is there more information on what "upgrade"
does in a LiveCD environment?
