I've posted the 1.0 version of the Data Object Cache design document at:

This document incorporates the changes discussed in last weeks meeting, with one
exception:
- The XSLT application and DTD validation is no longer part of the
Data Object Cache's functionality, but is now being proposed as part of
the solution for the Manifest Parser / Manifest Writer checkpoint design,
which would appear to be a better fit for it.
I'm hoping that this is the final revision, and intend on beginning
implementation next week.
