Removed execution schema from AI schema. Checkpoints are no exposed as
interface in AI. Changed 'transfer' to appropriate 'software_spec'. Modified
ai instance doc examples to reflect removal of checkpoint elements/attributes.
Based on Dave M comments. See changes in Appendix A, section 6.2, Common
