Update DC design document to reflect review feedback
- Add rationale for splitting up im-pop
- Add how gnome stuff has been separated out
- Specify a user checkpoint interface
- Make manifest-parser/TI internal checkpoints
- Specify detailed information for each checkpoint
- Sanitize checkpoint interfaces for checkpoints with
multiple inheritance
- Merge plat_setup into ba-arch
- Add a table to show the difference between the current
and proposed design; what's changed.
- Add specifics about loggers
- Add more detail about the stop_on_error behavior
- Add details to the VMC section
- Add details to the RBAC section
