Hi all,
I'd like to request a code review for bug 12078, the removal of the
fix_browser_home_page() ICT. This ICT hasn't done anything for a while
(the pkg that delivers firefox has the correct home page), so it's
cluttering up our space.

Testing:
Verified that the firefox pkg contains the correct browser homepage, and
that the removal of the ICT doesn't affect liveCD install. Jan had
previously confirmed that AI functions without it; and I see no reason
for the removal to cause side effects, so I did not explicitly check any
other images.
