Currently, AI has the DTD files for the new AI/DC schema
in slim_source under $SRC/cmd/auto-install. As DC starts
using the new AI/DC schema and uses the same DTDs, it
seems that these should reside in a common location in
slim_source to avoid duplication.
The manifest-parser implementation intends to reside under
$SRC/lib/install_manifest. Should the DTDs also live there?
Also, should these DTDs install themselves under /usr/share/install
as part of installing distribution-constructor or
system-install-auto-install?
