I tested this by building the gate and spinning a Live CD via DC to verify
the pop-up question of which session jack should use (xterm or gnome) is no
longer asked. Since AI and Text don't use gdm, there was no need to test
there.
Note: due to the current issues with the sd drivers in 148, I did my
testing on 147.
Looks good to me.
