Are you asking about the new code for the ManifestParser and ManifestWriter,
or is your comment in relation to one of the other "Code review request..."
emails that are all flying around together?
MP/MW have unit test code supplied along with the module code and these
tests all pass. Also, it is currently being used in the new DC app which
will provide integration testing of code.
