A couple of comments:
- Is there a reason for naming the file as
exec_attr.system%2Finstall%2Fmedia%2Finternal,
instead of exec_attr.system-install-media-internal?
- In system-install-media-internal.mf, need to add some entries to make sure
all the directories up to /etc/security/exec_attr.d are created.

/var/pkg tree to its own tmpfs file system so pkg can work. Without

This fix has been approved for 151a.
Tested by booting a live CD image, verifying /etc/security/exec_attr,
running the script as the jack user, and installing a pkg-delivered
driver with the DDU.
