I just looked at the webrev. Looks like you did update the
copyright, but I don't believe it is updated correctly.
I believe you need to leave the year that the file is
first checked in into the gate, and then, add a comma,
and then, add the year that's last updated.
I don't have a problem with the code changes.
The comments of bug 7009627 talks about how
the transfer checkpoint should raise an error or something
if a file that should be transferred is not found, so, the
calling application can decide whether to proceed or not.
Can you file a bug for the transfer checkpoint, and reference it
in this bug so we don't loose track of the needed changes?
