Janie:

What is your build machine running ?  You need to get the DC package 
from snv_157 to get the fix for the following bug:


7009627 - AI iso built with new DC fails to netboot

ld.so.1: wget: fatal: libidn.so.11: open failed: No such file or directory

I will suggest you pkg image update the build machine to snv_157 and 
then redo the build again.
