svc:/system/install/config smf(5) service which is used to configure user
and root account on installed system was renamedtosvc:/system/config.
The change was reflected in default AI manifest delivered in build 162.
You need to make sure that your AI manifest used for installation
of bits based on build 162 and newer is accordingly modified, i.e.
change name ofsystem/install/config smf service tosystem/config.
