Dave noted me that may be mainfest syntax problems.
But I copied the dc_ai_x86.xml from /usr/share/distro_const/ without any
change, There is still same errors.

It seems like editing the manifest introduced some syntax problems. I'd
recommend using an editor that can provide XML syntax highlighting to
check it for correct tag termination.
BY the way, the better URL to use for the solaris publisher would be
http://ipkg.us.oracle.com/solaris11/dev/.
