Hi everyone.
Here is the last code review of the Derived Manifests first round. It
is relatively small. (Some files listed have no changes, as the webrev
was generated against the last AI server files webrev.)

Here are the changes:
1) AI server side unit tests are added.
2) A few delivered files were tweaked to run better with the unit test
framework. (For example, do_export() was moved into its own file and out
of installadm.py.)
3) Some had corrections to disabling messages for pylint, as the
messages' scope was incorrect.
4) Some formatting issues to list.py output for some reason didn't make
it into the last code review.

Thanks to everyone who has reviewed the other Derived Manifests file
groups. I will start responding to those comments shortly.
