I don't know how long it will take for the fix, as it can get
complicated. I don't want to leave something which doesn't work, even
if commented, in default.xml, as it is the template aimanifest.

This is needed because packages now contain manpages, and since
manpages are installed in /usr, pkg will barf on live images where
/usr is mounted read only. Note that this removal is only until a
permanent fix is in place that allows installation of packages with
manpages and other goodies in /usr. Please see the bug report for
other gory details :)
