7032280 Don't automatically invoke Driver-Updates from the default AI manifests
This removes the <add_drivers> tags from the AI manifests, and so removes searching/installing of missing drivers from default AI clients during their installation.
This change is hopefully temporary. Please see bug 7022551 if you want to know why this was needed.
Note that you can still use <add_drivers> to install your own driver packages as long as they install only to /kernel or other writable areas in the booted image.
Alternatively, you can also use the Distribution Constructor (DC) to build your own AI client images with all the drivers you need.
