If you do not use the Custom Script checkpoint with distro_const(1M),
you can ignore this email.
With my putback for:
7036694 DC replacement strings need to be supported in the custom script
checkpoint
custom scripts can now use the same replacement strings Software nodes
use for access to the pkg_image and boot_archive directories.

which explains how to use the new string variables.
