7044702 /a//etc/svc/profile/site is empty due to bug in ICT regression in snv_164 and network is not setup
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~ktung/7044702/ I built an live cd image with the change. Mary confirmed that the post-boot network setup regression is fixed.
