Testing had been done as follow:
DC builds for both sparc and x86 with all 5 isos. They can boot and I
confirm that ibd_delete_link and ibd_upgrade is only present in the AI
and TI image. It is not available in Live CD.
I had also run slim_install_unit tests and there are no additional
failures.
