Hi Dermot and John,
Everything in the updated webrev look good.
One thing I forgot to mention in the last round of review is
that the definition and calling of the create_livecd_content_file()
in usr/src/cmd/distro_const/checkpoint/pkg_img_mod.py should
be removed now since the generated file will no longer be used.
