6976596 gui installer interface does not allow to go
back from mandatory fields

This is a simple fix which removes the grab_focus() calls within the
focus out
callbacks. The focus out callbacks still graphically flag that the
information
within the field is invalid. The login id, password, confirmation
password and
host name fields are effected by this change. Furthermore, the validate
method for the class will still set the focus to a particular widget, show a
dialog if a field has validation errors and will not allow the user to
proceed
to the next screen until the errors are corrected.
I have tested the solution within the GUI installer. The behavior is as
described
above.
