error_window.py: used handy function to truncate localized text if
need be
Tested error windows in random places in SCI Tool. Tested very long
error messages to see them be truncated.
users.py: make login name field scrollable and use
UserInfo.MAX_USERNAME_LEN for maximum user name (which conveniently
already uses sysconf(3c) which takes it from from LOGIN_NAME_MAX in
limits.h(3HEAD))
Tested varying login name max length and watched scrolling kick in
when necessary and aligned input fields with the error message area
just to the right of them.
PyUnit tests not affected by cosmetic changes in screen output or text
field adjustments.
