Could I please get a review of my changeset for:

9768 - 'BootSrvA' DHCP option is not needed for AI Sparc client wanboot

https://cr.opensolaris.org/action/browse/caiman/jesseb/9768/webrev/

The change is to remove the requirement for the boot server to be set in the DHCP
configuration, which is not required for general SPARC client booting. But, for multihome
support, we used it previously to resolve the "$serverIP" string in the boot
configuration, as we do with PXE clients. When the string is encountered during manifest
location, it is substituted with the Boot Server IP (BootSrvA) from the DHCP server. This
change moves that functionality to PXE clients only, and SPARC clients will now just
pluck the IP out of the boot file string.

Thanks
Jesse
