There was an unwanted newline in the suggested DHCP configuration output from
create-service and create-client w/ a x86 client, making it look clunky. This
is due to cli_wrap tacking a newline on, and this being one of the few times we
don't really want that behavior. The fix is to use block strings rather than
cli_wrap, things look as we want them to.
