Hi,
I'd like to ask for a couple of reviewers for the relatively simple changes to
remove the ICT for setting the IPS property set-flush-ips-content-cache from the
installers.
The bug is:
7076470 Remove set-flush-ips-content-cache ICT from AI installations

The reason for this change is that the property set-flush-ips-content-cache will
soon be set to default to True by the IPS team.
This means that the ICT to set it to False in an installed system is no longer
correct, or relevant.
AI actually doesn't required the ICT at all since it just uses the default for
install, while the Text and GUI installers used to have it set to True for the
ISO, but would set it to False for the installed BE - this will no longer be
necessary.
