Could I please get two pairs of eyes for this simple fix for bug:
7081824 auto-install broken import of ips

The issue was caused by the removal of the install_ict/ips.py file by bug:
7076470 Remove set-flush-ips-content-cache ICT from AI installations
While I had tested installs, I must have had a lingering ict.py file that caused
this to not be exposed in the testing.
