This is a relatively minor fix to clean up an error that is visible from the
wget command when doing a network boot, if it's using an AI server that is
multi-homed.
The bug is:
7045369 idn_decode failed (9): `System iconv failed' messages seen
during sparc AI install

The resolution is for add two iconv libraries to the boot archive, since that
then enables wget to do the conversion of the strings correctly.
The two files being added are small, approx 15K each so impact on the boot
archive should be negligible.
