Could I please get approval and a couple of people's review of the simple fix
for the change:
7090030 installer still failing on systems with low disk and high memory

The changes is minimal in used code - to set the minimum install size to 10Gb,
but changing this had a knock on effect on the unit tests which are also updated
by this change.
I have done automated installations with this change, to ensure there is no
regression, and also ensured the PyUnit tests ran cleanly.
I'm still waiting for the submitter to confirm that the issue is resolved by
this, but regardless this is something we really need to do given that the
fallback size, that AI uses for allocation of the rpool is only 4Gb and the
default AI install is 7.5Gb now.
So I really want to get the code-review side of things done now rather than
later.
