I believe this error is actually indicating that you're out of
memory, not storage space.
In this particular case, since it likely failed during the BE
activation phase, you should be able to simply run 'beadm
activate' manually on the BE that was created, and then restart.
Failing that, you could delete the new BE, ensure all programs are
closed, and try again.

That would make sense as this machine only has 2G of memory and I
did have a user session logged into the GUI desktop.
Let me log out of that and try again.
