To be more explicit: This is a request for a review of pybootmgmt from
slim_source. Please take a look at the webrev posted, as it's essential to
get this into the same build as the ON integration :).

Hi, I just pushed pybootmgmt into (build 7 of) the ON gate. The other half
is ripping it out of the install gate. Here's a webrev for this:

The final thing to note is that this is a one-way flag day. You'll need the
new ON bits in order to move the install bits forward.
