Hi,
I have a system on which I am trying to pxe install S11 SRU. The install fails with the error: Framework error: code: 6 reason: Couldn't resolve host 'ivyr.us.oracle.com'. I used the same manifest file on 2 other machines and the install went through. On replacing "ivyr.us.oracle.com" with the IP address, the install went through on this previously failing system. On this same system when I pxe install S11 using the publisher 'ipkg.us.oracle.com/solaris11/dev' I see no issues.
The log file is located at: http://x86-vanquish.us.oracle.com/shared/ap231046/mensa/anand_log.txt Is there a known issues with clients accessing the package repository?
