Can I please get a code review for CR 7125582.
7125582 installadm create-client incorrectly generates usage error mesg
for non usage type error

Source is pep8 clean.
Test :
root@server:~# installadm create-client -e 00:14:4f:a7:65:70 -n S11-ai-x86

s for server is static.
The specified service does not exist: S11-ai-x86
"installadm" command exist without showing usage message when install
service doesn't exist.
