I need a quick turn around on this after the DC break my previous
checkin caused. This was up on caiman late yesterday but with the wrong
bug info and description.

BUG: 7176183 - All DC builds fails with transfer_ips_install error after
7125955 is pushed.
Description:
The previous testing didn't correct the CLI tracker in the testing
correctly. Due to this tracker handling the logging in a slightly
different manner, this bug slipped in. The bug has been corrected and
the CLI fully tested.

Testing:
- Confirmed that DC correctly builds and makes functional ISOs for
txt,ai and live install for x86 and sparc. Validated that the new
logging is correct
- Confirmed that AI (x86 and sparc) works with new code and logging is
correct.
- Confirmed that both code paths for progress tracking were covered (CLI
and Fancy logging).
