As I said, it works as I expected, but not as it says. The first time I

Seems like if the 'install=true' flag is set then the grub menu needs to
show the correct selection. Not a show-stopper, but definitely an
annoyance.

Not exactly. There are CR's for other enhancements to the menu handling
such as 7145542, but not precisely the issue that the label doesn't
agree with the action.
