I can confirm that the bug is fixed for me! God job!
Now everything minimized except the dock related windows. Status in Cairo-Dock: Fix Released Bug description: Cairo dock v 2.0.8, Ubuntu PPA, jaunty. Running Compiz (but also affect other WM i think). When the WM wants to minize all the windows (i.e. showdesktop applet in Cairo Dock or in a GNOME Panel), it does minimize dialogs of the cairo-dock. It makes the dock unusable (frozen byt the dialog that's unreachable). This should be fixed quite quickly cause it's the kind of bug that decourage any new user in GNU desktop.
