actually it was the case before, and I've fixed it ^_^ I fill it better this way, especially since the dock uses XShape, and therefore the zone outside the icons is inactive (if you click, you will click on the desktop, or the window behind) this is only true when the dock is at rest, but it would be strange that in some case the wave is active outside the icons, and in other case it is not.
