It's a recurrent problem but it seems that it's a bug in Nautilus.
@ Fab : can you confirm and (if you can) click on "Also affects project" and
add 'nautilus' ?

Bug description:
Sometime, when I click on a folder in the Shortcuts or Stack plugin, Nautilus
doesn't open and when I click for the second time, two instances of Nautilus is
opened. Afterwards, this behavior doesn't happen anymore.
I compile Cairo-Dock from bazaar. I'm in Debian squeeze/sid with Cairo 1.8.8-2.
